WRONG INFORMATION WILL VOID ANY DISCOUNT AND DELAY SHIPPING. We ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, holidays excluded, and have 30 days to ship products to you, unless otherwise specified, and paid for. Although you may request for 2nd day or overnight delivery service, it does not begin until the order is completed and paid for. Wrong and incomplete information will delay shipping. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once shipped, holidays in the country you reside in, should also be considered as a delay factor.

Estimated USA transit times: USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority mail: They advertise 3 days delivery time coast to coast (Not guaranteed!), and have Sat. delivery service. Rural areas take longer and overnight is not avalilable in all areas.  Overnight: DHL only; Only weekends and holidays excluded. Do not trace shipments with us until 10 working days for priority and 3 working days for overnight

If no one is available to receive shipment, leave note on your door for carrier, to leave with a neighbor or better use your work address, if allowed by your employer.

Excessive and unreasonable tracing of shipments takes up a lot of our clerical time, and may be subject to a $25.00/hr fee.

Overseas shipments may take up to 30 days or longer.

Fraudulent use of credit cards, will be reported and prosecuted. We will work with all law enforcement agencies.

Special requests, may be subject to a handling surcharge fee.

Shipping instructions are subject to change with or without notice.

If we have to re-ship because you provided us the wrong address or information, additional Shipping and Handling charges will be applied automatically.
